“Mvmnt Launches Family Fitness Service for Fire TV Users”

Share

Mvmnt Family, a new service launched by the fitness team at Mvmnt, is now available for Fire TV Stick users just in time for the school summer holidays. This online platform is designed for the whole family to engage in physical activities during the break.

Users of Fire TV will have access to 7-minute workout sessions on Mvmnt Family, all guided by a fitness coach. These sessions also involve children, making it convenient for parents and kids to participate together from the comfort of their living rooms.

To keep things interesting, Mvmnt offers a variety of activities in its sessions, including strength training, yoga, HIIT, football skills, and balance exercises.

For those without a Fire TV Stick, the service is now accessible on other devices such as Sky Q, Sky Glass, Google, as well as phones and tablets.

New members of Mvmnt can enjoy the service for free throughout August by using the code SUMMERSHAKEUP.

The launch of Mvmnt Family coincides with recent research showing that many parents struggle with finding active ideas during the summer, with a significant percentage being inactive as a family.

Rory Knight, Coach and Director of Fitness at Mvmnt, expressed that the goal was to create a simple and enjoyable way for families to stay active together through Mvmnt Family, accessible in living rooms across the globe.

To access Mvmnt on Amazon Fire, Google TV, and Sky, users can locate the app on their respective devices. Simply search for Mvmnt and start a free 7-minute family session directly from the TV. New users can sign up for a free month either in the app or at www.mvmnt.com.

After the trial period, the subscription fee is £9.99.
