Lewis Hamilton has reportedly ended his partnership with his long-time professional associate ahead of the upcoming 2026 Formula 1 season. The news follows sightings of the seven-time world champion with Kim Kardashian in both the Cotswolds and Paris recently, sparking rumors of a potential romantic involvement between the two.

According to reports from The Mail, the 41-year-old racing icon has parted ways with Marc Hynes, who is said to have accepted a new role with F1’s latest outfit, Cadillac. Hynes previously served as the chief executive of Project 44, Hamilton’s management company, from 2015 to 2021. Despite their previous separation, Hynes returned last year to oversee Hamilton’s racing logistics at Ferrari.

The split with Hynes is part of a broader restructuring within Hamilton’s team as they prepare for the upcoming F1 season in March. Ferrari recently announced the departure of Riccardo Adami as Hamilton’s race engineer, with Cedric Michel-Grosjean rumored to take over the position.

Following a challenging first season with Ferrari, Hamilton expressed optimism after completing successful testing in Barcelona, setting the fastest lap among all drivers present. The racing star expressed satisfaction with the team’s offseason efforts and the improvements made to the car, indicating a positive outlook for the upcoming campaign.

Off the track, speculations about Hamilton’s relationship with Kardashian have been circulating, describing the pair as inseparable and discreetly managing their time together amidst their busy schedules. Their rumored romance has garnered significant attention in recent days.
