Sky is shaking up its offerings for 2026 by introducing a new Ultimate plan that combines premium channels like Sky Atlantic, Sky One, and Sky Documentaries with popular streaming services Netflix and Disney+ in a convenient monthly package. Additionally, the highly anticipated HBO Max will join the lineup this week, offering a variety of in-demand shows at no extra cost. Subscribers can also look forward to the introduction of Hayu later this year, which will bring a diverse range of reality TV content to audiences in the UK.
Ahead of the full Hayu launch scheduled for July, Sky has surprised fans with an early preview called “Taste of Hayu.” This preview gives viewers access to over 150 episodes from some of the platform’s most beloved franchises, including Below Deck Mediterranean, The Real Housewives series, and Vanderpump Rules.
The “Taste of Hayu” preview is currently available to Sky Stream and Sky Glass customers with the Ultimate TV package, as well as Sky Q and Sky+ users, allowing them to watch selected seasons on demand.
The complete rollout of Hayu in July will unlock the entire catalog, providing reality TV enthusiasts with hundreds of additional series to enjoy. Furthermore, new episodes of major shows will be accessible on the same day as their US airing, all included within the Sky TV experience.
Sky shared in a statement, “Reality fans are in for a treat with a selection of Hayu’s most popular shows now available for Sky TV subscribers. Customers can watch select seasons of their favorites directly from their homepage, on-demand, and included in their subscription—offering a glimpse of what’s to come before the full launch of Hayu on Sky in July.”
Hayu will join Netflix and Disney+ as part of the Ultimate package, with HBO Max set to debut next week and full integration of Hayu following later in the year.
The new £24 package includes:
– Netflix Standard with Ads
– Disney+ Standard with Ads (from March, date TBC)
– HBO Max Basic with Ads (launching in the UK & Ireland on 26 March)
– Hayu (full access from July, with preview content available from March)
– Over 130 Sky channels
