Despite summer just ending, households can already prepare for winter by tuning in to GREAT! Christmas. This channel, temporarily replacing GREAT! Romance, will showcase movies and shows with a festive theme.
In addition to airing on Freeview, the new service will also be available on Sky and Virgin Media. The channel numbers are as follows: Freeview – channel 52, Sky – channel 319, Virgin Media – channel 424.
Mirror Online has previewed the upcoming lineup for GREAT! Christmas, revealing a host of festive treats including movies like “Road to Christmas,” “Love You Like Christmas,” and “Deck the Heart.”
Steve Hornsey, Narrative Entertainment’s Vice President of Movies and Entertainment, expressed enthusiasm for the early start to Christmas programming, citing its popularity among Brits. He highlighted GREAT! Christmas as the go-to destination for those eager to embrace the festive spirit through heartwarming content.
Following the channel’s launch, viewers may need to retune their Freeview TVs, ensuring that GREAT! Christmas appears on their planner automatically.
