Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now includes additional content such as special guest workouts and multi-week programs aimed at boosting motivation.
One highlight of the update is the introduction of multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that gradually increase in intensity over time, providing a gradual approach to improving fitness levels.
For instance, users can participate in programs like “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” for combined workout experiences on Fitness+. Additionally, there is the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, encouraging users to incorporate Yoga into their routine consistently over a month.
A new program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” offers a comprehensive workout plan featuring Strength, HIIT, and Yoga sessions. This four-week plan includes three workouts per week, each lasting just 10 minutes, with a focus on progressive improvement.
In addition to these upgrades, Fitness+ will release new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring prominent personalities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will also showcase workout playlists dedicated to artists, with upcoming workouts featuring music from KAROL G.
Users can explore guest workouts from popular figures like lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. The content is accessible on various devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with added features available through Apple Watch and AirPods Pro for tracking heart rate and calories.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year.
