“Benidorm’s Stag Man Steakhouse Serves Disappointing Christmas Meals”

Share

British tourists in Benidorm were left disappointed by the underwhelming Christmas meals served at the “Stag Man Steakhouse”, owned by Frank “the Stag Man”. Priced at €37 (£32) per person, approximately 220 diners had made reservations for the festive feast. However, diners were met with meager portions consisting of a sparse assortment of vegetables, a lone Yorkshire pudding, bland mashed potatoes, and a choice of a thin slice of beef or a turkey drumstick.

After pictures of the lackluster meals circulated online, one diner expressed her dissatisfaction, criticizing the missing food items, neglected tables, and poorly prepared gravy. Frank, the proprietor of the restaurant, defended the quality of the meals on social media, attributing the negative feedback to a misleading Facebook post by a disgruntled couple.

Responding to the criticism, Frank acknowledged the shortcomings of the Christmas menu, attributing the confusion to miscommunication with the kitchen staff. He emphasized that the restaurant was newly established and that the Christmas menu was devised hastily.

Despite the backlash, Frank’s partner, Jade Benidorm, claimed that the dissatisfied customers did not raise their concerns directly with the restaurant staff but chose to post their grievances on social media. The couple maintained that the negative feedback stemmed from jealousy and misrepresentation of the meals served at the newly opened establishment.
