A fugitive who fled from Milner Ridge Correctional Centre on Wednesday evening has been apprehended, according to law enforcement authorities. The RCMP received reports of Justin Paul’s escape from the provincial correctional facility located in the rural area of Lac du Bonnet, northeast of Winnipeg, at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, as stated in a police report released Thursday morning. Law enforcement officials disclosed that Paul was captured near the intersection of Highway 11 and Minnewawa Street W. in Lac du Bonnet at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday.
