“Jake Paul Advised to Dismiss Advisors Ahead of Bout”

Share

Jake Paul received advice to dismiss his advisors just weeks before his upcoming bout with Anthony Joshua. The boxing newcomer has shown significant progress in the sport since turning professional in 2020, mainly competing against former UFC fighters such as Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz, and Tyron Woodley. While Paul’s only defeat came against Tommy Fury in 2023, he is now gearing up to face Joshua in a weight class above his natural cruiserweight division.

Despite concerns about Paul’s well-being, with many calling for the cancellation of the fight, the clash between Paul and Joshua is scheduled for December 19 in Miami and will be broadcast live on Netflix. British heavyweight Moses Itauma criticized the fight, emphasizing the need for Paul to consider the potential consequences before stepping into the ring. Itauma himself is preparing for a fight on January 24 against Jermaine Franklin in Manchester, aiming to prove his critics wrong.

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul are set to meet in Miami on December 19, just days before Christmas. The fight is expected to commence around 11pm local time, translating to 4am UK time, catering to the American audience. The event will be live-streamed on Netflix.
