Marco Pierre White Jr, the son of renowned chef Marco Pierre White, has confessed to vandalizing an antique store and stealing Jellycat toys worth ÂŁ1,500. The incident occurred in Westminster, London, on June 19. White Jr, a former reality TV personality, has a history of criminal activities, including a recent burglary at a tattoo shop in Somerset.

Reports suggest that White Jr, aged 30, caused substantial damage to the tattoo shop, estimated at over ÂŁ40,000, although he disputes this figure. Prosecutors mentioned in court that he destroyed four mounted crystals at the shop during the incident.

Prior to this, White Jr had committed burglaries at a deli in Kensington, a house in Chelsea, and a shop in Barnes, where he stole various items including laptops, iPods, and plush toys. He appeared at Isleworth Crown Court via video link from HMP Wandsworth, where he pleaded guilty to multiple burglary charges and one count of criminal damage.

His defense lawyer, Graeme Logan, disputed the ÂŁ43,000 damage figure and requested time to present a plea. The judge scheduled a hearing for a robbery charge on September 2, with a potential trial set for March 16 next year. White Jr, who was released from prison just two months before the burglary, will face sentencing on November 29 after admitting to one count of burglary.

White Jr’s series of criminal activities began in 2016 after his participation in the TV show Celebrity Big Brother, where he displayed inappropriate behavior. Subsequent incidents included driving under the influence of cocaine, engaging in disorderly conduct, and racially aggravated abuse. He was previously jailed for 18 months for multiple offenses, including heroin possession and carrying a knife.

In a separate incident last year, White Jr was arrested for burgling a deli in Bath, captured on CCTV footage smashing a window with a champagne bottle. The owner of the deli identified him due to his distinctive tattoos, visible when his trousers fell down during the escape. White Jr was also found guilty of stealing socks from a supermarket and cigarettes from a local inn.

His legal troubles have continued to escalate, with various theft and vandalism incidents reported over the years. White Jr’s sentencing and legal proceedings are ongoing, with a hearing scheduled for the robbery charge and pending trials for other offenses.
