Two teenage boys have been taken into custody by the police following an incident where a man was stabbed. The authorities responded to a stabbing report at a village center in the Freshbrook area of Swindon around 9:20 pm on Sunday. By the time the officers arrived at the scene, all individuals involved had already left.
The arrested boys, aged 16 and 17, are being held on suspicion of affray and are currently under police questioning. The Mirror confirmed that both teenagers are in police custody. A man in his twenties was discovered with a lacerated arm and was subsequently hospitalized for treatment.

In a separate incident in Swindon, a 21-year-old man named Nathan Wiltshire received a suspended 36-week prison sentence for various driving offenses. The offenses included failure to stop for the police. The sentencing took place at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on December 22 after an incident on October 28 where officers attempted to stop a Mercedes in Pinehurst. The pursuit led to the vehicle colliding with a metal fence after losing control.
Wiltshire has been ordered to undergo 20 days of rehabilitation activities and pay £85 in costs along with a £187 surcharge. He is also facing a two-year driving ban and will need to take an extended driving test post-ban expiry. Wiltshire Police described his driving during the incident as dangerous, noting that he endangered himself, passengers in the vehicle, and other road users.
