UK Authorities Seek FBI’s Help in Epstein Scandal

Share

British authorities are set to request additional information from the FBI following the disclosure of new files that suggest victims of Jeffrey Epstein were subjected to abuse at gatherings in the UK described as “paedophile ring” parties. These revelations are part of a collection of over 11,000 documents recently made public by the US Department of Justice.

The files contain graphic and unverified accusations involving Prince Andrew and Epstein’s close associate Ghislaine Maxwell. One individual, now 35 years old, alleges being a victim of abuse as a child in England during the mid-1990s. According to a heavily censored FBI document, this individual claims they were drugged and taken by their father to a location in Surrey for abuse when they were between six and eight years old.

The individual further states being transported to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate, later the residence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Allegations include being restrained and subjected to electric shocks administered by Maxwell, with Prince Andrew and other men reportedly present, although no evidence supports this assertion.

Other claims involve instances of molestation at Epstein’s Florida property and being struck by a dark blue vehicle with a custom license plate. The individual suspects Prince Andrew was driving the car during one of the alleged incidents in Surrey. Surrey Police have confirmed no previous reports of these allegations.

In response, Surrey Police expressed their commitment to investigating all child abuse reports seriously and announced efforts to collaborate with relevant agencies to access the redacted information. Meanwhile, US lawmakers anticipate the release of up to a million more documents related to Epstein, prompting concerns about potential further accusations involving prominent figures.

Prince Andrew, 65, has consistently denied any wrongdoing but faced consequences, including the loss of public roles, following a settlement with Virginia Giuffre in New York over allegations of sexual abuse. Subsequently, King Charles removed his titles as Prince and Duke of York, marking him as a private individual.

Despite repeated requests for interviews from US authorities, including the FBI, Prince Andrew has not been formally questioned. The recent document release highlights his ties to Epstein and ongoing scrutiny of his associations. The disclosures have reignited interest in Epstein’s connections to the UK, with his extensive network encompassing British elites.

Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted of sex trafficking offenses in the US and serving a 20-year sentence, played a pivotal role in facilitating Epstein’s illicit activities. Prince Andrew’s absence from recent royal events amid mounting pressure for transparency underscores the ongoing repercussions of his association with Epstein and the need for accountability.

Efforts to reach a spokesperson for Prince Andrew for comment have been made.
