Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty made a charming entrance with his son George to marry Holly Ramsay. The adorable five-year-old looked precious in a tiny tuxedo and bow tie as they arrived at Bath Abbey for the ceremony. Adam, 30, was accompanied by his groomsmen, all looking dapper.
Adam and Holly’s relationship blossomed after meeting through Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, where Adam was a contestant alongside Holly’s sister, Tilly Ramsay. Following Adam’s split from his ex-partner Eiri Munro in August 2022, his connection with Holly deepened.
Their romance went public in June 2023, with the couple sharing moments of their life together on social media. Adam proposed to Holly during a romantic trip to Cornwall in September the same year.
At the wedding, Holly was escorted by her father, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, while Adam walked in with George. Adam praised Gordon in an interview, crediting him for helping him develop a “winner’s mindset” outside of swimming, particularly dealing with alcohol and depression issues.
Before proposing to Holly in September 2024, Adam sought the blessings of Gordon and Holly. The emotional moment, which took place in Cornwall, was a traditional gesture that brought tears and hugs.
While Adam’s father was absent from his stag do, Gordon played a significant role during the event. However, Adam’s mother was not part of Holly’s hen do, causing some tension within the family.
