Club New Look is a complimentary membership with benefits such as weekly “Club Prices” on specific items, early access to sales and promotions, and participation in exclusive competitions.
Upon joining, members receive a 25% welcome discount. The fashion retailer aims to enhance the shopping experience for its 10 million existing customers by providing personalized services.

Having attracted 500,000 customers during a successful soft launch, New Look targets 800,000 members by the end of the fiscal year as part of its strategy to create a digitally enhanced, personalized, and gratifying shopping journey.
