“Concerns over Trump’s Health Resurface Before Meeting”

Concerns about Donald Trump’s health arose when an unusual detail was observed on his hand before his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Photographs captured the US president outside Mar-a-Lago in Florida with what some speculate to be makeup or paint concealing a possible bruise on his hand. The 79-year-old engaged with reporters before his meeting with Zelensky to review the latest iteration of the 20-point peace plan.

In the past, Trump has been seen covering hand bruises with a light concealer or wearing bandages.

Earlier this month, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt attributed a dark purple bruise on Trump’s right hand to his frequent handshakes, stating, “The Oval Office is like Grand Central terminal. He is meeting with more people than any of you know about on a daily basis.”

She explained further, “He’s also on a daily aspirin regimen, which previous physical examinations have indicated can contribute to the bruising.”

The day before Leavitt’s remarks, Trump responded to reports suggesting his decline, stating on Truth Social on December 10 that he had recently taken another “Cognitive Examination” in front of numerous unfamiliar doctors and experts, which he claimed to have excelled in.

Despite these evaluations, Trump refuted claims of slowing down, asserting his continued sharpness and physical fitness, accusing media outlets like The New York Times of spreading false information to discredit him.

On December 1, Leavitt disclosed the results of Trump’s recent MRI, as outlined in a memo by White House doctor Captain Sean Barbabella, which reported normal imaging results for Trump’s heart and abdomen, indicating excellent cardiovascular health and overall organ well-being.
