According to Hernandez’s complaint, they were not obstructing traffic, and Ziering exited his car to confront them aggressively, leading to a physical altercation. This resulted in Hernandez falling into his friend, causing injuries and damage to their bikes. The complaint further alleges that others intervened in the altercation.
Hernandez claims that Ziering’s actions were intentional and caused foreseeable harm. He also accuses Ziering of providing misleading information to authorities and the media, resulting in Hernandez’s unjust arrest and negative portrayal in the public eye.
Ziering, on the other hand, has a different version of events. He stated on social media that he was confronted aggressively by the motorcyclists and engaged in a physical altercation in self-defense to protect himself and his daughter, who was with him during the incident.
