Since their royal wedding at Westminster Abbey, Kate Middleton has gracefully embraced her role as the future Queen alongside Prince William. The world witnessed their grand wedding on 29 April 2011. Kate donned an ivory gown crafted by Sarah Burton, the creative director at Alexander McQueen. The dress featured intricate floral motifs appliqued onto silk net by artisans at the Royal School of Needlework.

In a significant year for the couple, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on their inaugural royal tour of Canada and the US shortly after their wedding. They were warmly welcomed during their visit to Province House, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island in July.

The royal couple graced the BAFTA Brits to Watch event at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles, California, marking the conclusion of their overseas visit.

In September of that year, William and Kate showcased their adventurous spirit during a tour of South East Asia and the South Pacific in honor of the Diamond Jubilee. They even daringly abseiled through the rainforest in Danum Valley Research Centre on the island of Borneo.

Kate’s presence was felt in Honiara, Guadalcanal Island, as she represented Queen Elizabeth II during the couple’s tour.

A momentous occasion unfolded as Kate and William welcomed their first child, Prince George, on 22 July. Kate, holding her newborn son, departed the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital the following day, with Prince George becoming third in line to the throne.

Subsequently, the couple gathered at Chapel Royal in St James’s Palace for Prince George’s christening in October 2013.

Kate expanded her motherly role with the birth of Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana in May 2015.

Kate and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, enjoyed a day at Wimbledon together in July, following Meghan’s grand wedding to Prince Harry in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, just two months earlier.

On 23 April, Kate and William joyously welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, with Kate proudly holding the baby outside the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London.
