“The Traitors” unveils a fresh lineup of celebrities set for a thrilling murder mystery journey in its latest season. The announcement of the cast for the reality competition series’ fifth season on Friday introduces a new mix of famous personalities and reality TV stars who enter the castle with a single rule in mind: trust no one.
The star-studded lineup for this season includes singer Cody Simpson, Whitney Leavitt from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” Real Housewife Gizelle Bryant, and multi-talented performer Kristin Chenoweth, alongside a Canadian contestant.
In this season’s gameplay, host Alan Cummings designates a select group of players as traitors, while the rest are deemed faithful. Each week, the traitors clandestinely eliminate one faithful player. Subsequently, the group gathers to deliberate, accuse, and identify potential traitors in a bid to vote out one member perceived as disloyal.
