Securing the leading position is software engineering company SAP, offering £57,000 to £89,000 for senior account executives. SAP received accolades for its accommodating work hours, generous holiday allowance, state-of-the-art technology, and commitment to work-life balance.
Following closely in second place is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and a culture that promotes flexible remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard command salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
Claiming the third spot is Google, where software engineers earn £70,000 to £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive salaries, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth.
